KLUB x le Tour de France

Your favourite race in yellow is fast approaching and we've lined up a whole bunch of KLUB events and competitions to celebrate. Are you in?

Exploring l'Étape du Tour

Have you registered for this years l'Étape du Tour? The 29th edition will take you on a 135 kilometre route from Albertville to Val Thorens, with a total positive altitude difference of 4,563 metres before you can enjoy your finisher beer, at an altitude of 2,365 metres... the highest finish line in the history of the race!

L'Étape du Tour will never be easy, whether it's your first or one of many, and it's exactly that "it never gets easier you just go faster" attitude that keeps people coming back, year after year.

With that in mind, join the KATUSHA crew for a recce, so that you at least have some idea of what to expect on the day. On Saturday June 29th, 3 weeks before the race, we'll guide you along a 120km route with 2500 D+ including the first 73 km of the stage of the Tour: Albertville - Cormet de Roselend - Bourg Saint Maurice - Moutiers - Albertville.

Full details and registration for free, here.

Brussels for le Grand Depart

In celebration of le Grand Depart of le Tour de France, KATUSHA are popping up in Brussels, hosted by BMW.

The Pop Up doors are open for all on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th July... We invite you to come and browse our Performance and Commuter collections, with the possibility to purchase key pieces from SS19 including limited edition Beyond kits and replica items to support the pros during the Tour. Team KATUSHA ALPECIN pro riders may also be wandering around during this time...

KLUB members are invited to join us for a ride on Thursday afternoon. We’ll meet at the KATUSHA Cafe, on site at BMW, for a pre-ride coffee. Roll out will be at 2pm, led by one of our Brussels Community Managers, K-H of PedalBXL, for a social pace 40km route passing through the city, out into the countryside, touching some cobble sections to give you a little taste of Flanders! à BLOC beers will be offered afterwards, served from the KATUSHA Pop Up.

Ride details and registration, here. Pop Up details, here.

We very much look forward to welcoming you at  BMW Brussels (Leuvensesteensweg 864, 1140 Brussels), from 9am - 5pm both days.

We have launched a KLUB competition for 4 members to join Team KATUSHA ALPECIN for their rest day rides in Albi and Nîmes.

This competition is open to all KLUB members... We'll draw the names at random, 1 week before each ride. To be in with a chance, visit the KLUB event page and click REGISTER!

Albi, Tuesday 16th July: 2 winners will join the team for their rest day ride in Albi and have access to the Tour de France race village the day before or day after. Enter the competition, here.

Nîmes, Monday 22nd July: 2 winners will join the team for their rest day ride in Nîmes and have access to the Tour de France race village the day before or day after. Enter the competition, here.

If you'd like your name to be counted for both places, add the name of your riding partner you'd like to bring in the comments box on the KLUB event page and make sure they are a KLUB member by the date of the draw.

Good luck!

L'Etape du Tour weekend

If you're racing l'Étape du Tour this year, we'll see you in the race village... and then in the KATUSHA village!

The KATUSHA Village consists of the KATUSHA pop up shop, the KATUSHA Café and the KATUSHA Lounge. Accessible by all, with special benefits for KLUB members.

On Friday 19th and Saturday 20th July, join us at the KATUSHA Village in l'Étape du Tour race village, Albertville. We'll lead a short, slow ride to stretch the legs on Saturday (details coming soon).

On Sunday 21st July, the KATUSHA Village will relocate along the race route, offering KLUB members food, drink, a beanbag and some shade... before sending you back along your way towards the finish line at Val Thorens.

So if we don't see you for the recce on June 29th, we hope to see you on race weekend!
